running this on dual core processors
so im back, this time with a windows based query.
im currently encoding a avi across a cluster of 3 pc's, server inclusive.
the thing i noticed that the encoding is overall slow, given the dual core nature of the systems im running.. i have the task managers running an can only see work accross 1 core and not the other, except for the server, which is running the server, duh, and the client..
is there any way to get this to utilize both cores? or X cores in case of quad or more core processors?

Re: running this on dual core processors
yes, it is possible to run manually multiple instances of the client which will run over multple cores. currently i'am building a MHiveNodeService as a process controller which will automatical run multiple instances of the Client on one System to benefit the power of multiple cores.
but currently, you can open multiple command shells and in each run a client instance.
